Request for physician-to-physician consultation allows physician like myself who have a dedicated expertise in rare vascular compression syndromes to assist patients from out of the state. While there are various ways to obtain licensure suited for telemedicine across the state boundaries, they are mostly suited for physicians who have a density of patients in specific states, but not for a physician like myself who may be episodically called upon to offer a second opinion in a particular state.
