Dr. Kim has been devoting himself in research and care for the patients specifically for vascular compression syndromes for nearly a decade, with more than 20 years of academic and academic-affiliate institutional involvement. He has treated numerous patients presenting with diverse and complex combinations of vascular compression syndromes from different parts of the world, and has gained deep insights and expertise which he has shared through impactful publications, book chapter, media appearances, and presentations in symposiums globally. His passion and commitment led him to establish a non-profit organization named International Foundation of Abdominal Vascular Compression Syndromes. This initiative reflects his determination to foster awareness, education, and support for physicians and patients worldwide.
Currently, Dr. Kim is fully committed to offering expert opinions to individuals seeking initial diagnoses or second opinions to assist in navigating the complexities of patients’ journeys ahead.
